On the “Checkout” page there is a “Message to Seller” box, this is where you will let me know 2 birthstone months you want as well as the name you would like on each the ¾ inch disk and in the 1 inch disk. Please make sure you type the name exactly as you would like it to appear, either all lowercase, or first letter uppercase and the rest lower. If you forget to do this, please send me a message on Etsy.
